Mr. Lim is a Consul General of the Republic of Latvia to the Philippines. He is a President of International Wines and Spirits Association of the Philippines, Network of Independent Travel and Allied Services – Philippines and Save Our Skies Movement. He is also a Chairman of the National Association and Independent Travel Agencies, League of Tourism Students of the Philippines, SKAL International Makati and Global Ways J&P Training Center. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award in Tourism, Philippine Airlines, and Peoples Asia Magazine’s “Men who Matter in Tourism last 2015. He also received Award of Merit Province of Cebu and Adopted son of the Province of Cebu in 2012.
